Tinguely Fountain

This fountain was built by Swiss artist Jean Tinguely between 1975 and 1977. It is located on the spot where the old Basel theatre stood and features ten moving sculptures, some of which were made from parts of the theatre's stage machinery. The official name of the fountain is Fasnachtsbrunnen (Carnival Fountain), but it is often simply referred to as Tinguely Fountain. This clip was filmed and edited with my iPhone 5 during a short trip to the Basel area in late October, 2013.
