On May 1, 20008, Labor Day, we met Carolyn and Stan in Marseille where their cruise ship had docked for the day. We drove to Cassis, took a boat ride through the "Calanques", and enjoyed an excellent seafood lunch before dropping our friends off in Marseille again.
