I've said many times that there is no way to see the "Palais Auber" from Cannes, but as of July 9, 2021, there is: a brand-new walkway to the yellow lighthouse at the entrance of the harbor, the "Jetée Joséphine Baker." On August 1, we checked it out and sure enough: the "Palais Auber" can easily be seen.
